Found the customer service fantastic! The man who helped us (Colin) was very understanding and helpful, making the experience much less stressful! He was a wonderful help recommending mattresses to me and my fiancé to suit our needs (and was realistic with us about our budget). What was a painful, expensive errand became a fun task with lots of laughs

We have shopped in Dreams for many years. The staff know their products and can advise. The products and good and you get what you pay for, the better the mattress the higher the price, which is fair enough.

We found the sales representative Colin, helpful, informative yet not pushy. He went out of his way to give the necessary information and to show various products to assist with our choices. He allowed time for us to try out various beds and mattresses and pillows. Reassured us about the mattress exchange if found uncomfortable. Whilst completing the paperwork refreshments were offered. All in all we were treated politely and efficiently .

Choice of products and matt was very helpful with advice to assist our choice and taking our order.

Having purchased the same items in 2011, we were greeted by the staff as old friends. Colin could not have been more helpful and courtious. He was able to provide use with the information we needed; adding additional information which greatly eased our decision to agree to the purchase
