We had our hearts set on an ottoman bed with a tv included. We searched other stores, without any joy, before entering Dreams. Immediately we encountered the bed we were looking for. We weren’t pounced upon whilst inspecting the bed and chatting amongst ourselves. In time we were approached by a friendly chap named, Colin. He talked us through the in’s and out’s of the bed and then went and sat down to do some figures. He was very informative with regards to delivery time, assembly and warranty cover. After deciding on the finance plan, the deal was done. Very happy customers.

Friendliness and professionalism of derek. There was no pressure selling at all, but he spent time to understand our needs and requirements before advising us. The relationship building skills he demonstrated were far better than a competitor store we had visited on the same day

Shaun who I believe is the store manager was fantastic, considering I am a young man (20) he treated me with a lot of respect and treated me as if I was anyone else. fortunately I had saved enough over time to finally get a new bed. Shaun showed me around and helped me consider different beds and different styles. he made me feel comfortable laying on the mattress and offered me a tea. Couldn't fault the service at all.

Staff were friendly, helpful and only there when we needed them. No hard selling.

I was highly satisfied because the customer service adviser acted in a most professional manner and indeed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand.
