We had an idea what we wanted but were helped by Derek who guided us through different mattresses and sizes. The whole process was quick and easy which suited us as we had a wedding to get to at 12.00

Staff very friendly and smart and very knowledgable. I was offered a seat and a cup of tea. All the items I wanted were in stock

I explained what I was looking for and the assistant understood exactly what I needed and was able to direct me to the best items to meet my requirements.

The sales assistant Colin at the waterlooville shop was very helpful and didn’t pressure us he answered all our questions that we asked and let us make sure it was the right mattress for us there was no rush to decide and we tried the tempur mattresses a few times in the shop to make sure it was what we wanted . A very pleasant visit indeed.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, and Colin was straight there to help. Very friendly and very good at explaining about the different mattresses. He saved us from buying a mattress that was not for everyday use. Overall we were very pleased with the wholr process! Thank you, Colin!
