Informative and helpful

Colin greeted us when we entered the door and asked if we needed assistance. We explained what we were looking for and he immediately explained the different options available to us. He showed us several different mattresses and made us feel comfortable when trying the different options. His knowledge on the products was faultless and explained the process from start to finish answering all questions that we had. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, happy and helpful. I could not fault anything with our experience and will definitely be returning if and when we need any future products.
