Very helpful staff, but also left to browse on our own without hassle.

The sales assistant, Colin, was very friendly and very willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Matt was extremely helpful when selecting a bed for our daughter, he listened carefully to our requirements & offered suitable products. He also stepped aside to give us plenty of time to make a decision without any pressure.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. No pressure to buy, the member of staff provided all the information requested and suggested accessories for the mattress too.

The sales assistant, Matt, was highly knowledgeable, showed us plenty of different options, including colours. We were offered tea & coffee whilst we made the purchase. We were mot rushed or pressured to make a purchase in any way.
