Colin at the Waterlooville branch was very helpful and friendly showing me several mattresses in my budget. He also made me a coffee to drink whilst looking around. Colin was able to answer all my questions and didn't try to pressure sell me anything.

We have purchased all our beds over many years with Dreams and the reason we always return is due to the quality of the product and the quality of the people who served us. They are knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. This time we were assisted in making our purchase by Shaun who very patiently gave us advice as we needed it and answered all our questions with a smile (despite the fact that he must do the same with every customer.) We were made to feel very welcome and Shaun's manner felt very genuine, an uncommon quality that makes us want to tell people that we received good service.

Derek was get helpful, we wernt sure what firmness we wanted so he showed us the different ones and took the time to explain the different bases we could get and was very patient with us.
