Dreams - Waterlooville

Staff were not pushy yet were on hand when required. And polite and knowledge was more than enough.

Very helpful and friendly staff: Jaz who attended me in the shop and Matt who took the order over the phone.

Shop sales person/assistant were very knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly friendly. it was a nice environment to shop in and had no pressure put on us while looking around.

I went to Dreams as we have bought from Dreams some years ago – This visit was painless, the store was easy to find after using store finder on Dreams web site, there was easy parking outside the store, the store was very clean and very nicely laid out, it had an extremely god range of beds and mattresses to choose from, I approached the assistant (Colin) who was very polite, extremely helpful and informative, I told him what I was looking for and he told me of and showed me examples which could fit my requirement, I chose one of the packages and we completed the sale, prior to completing the sales paperwork Colin very kindly asked me if I would like a tea or coffee, the sales process was explained fully and clearly to me by Colin which was very reassuring, he explained the terms and condition which none of us like reading but are important to cover during the sale, he arranged a convenient time for delivery and with that the whole smooth process was completed, so as for the experience of purchasing a bed from a Dreams store, I was very satisfied, I have every confidence that I will be just as satisfied with the delivery and quality of the bed once in place.

We walked into the Waterlooville store,started to look at the beds,when Jaz came over and asked us if we needed help,which we did.Jaz was very knowledgeable she helped us with trying several beds,while we were looking she made me a cup of tea,answered all our questions then left us alone to make our minds up,she did come and ask how we were getting on,we had a couple of questions which she answered at no time did we feel pressured,we spent over an hour in the store.We did make a purchase.We found Jaz very friendly but not over the top.I would recommend the Waterlooville store to Family and friends especially if Jaz is working.

The customer service I was given by one of your employees Colin was outstanding. He was patience listened to what I was looking for a did us a overall package deal far superior to any other competitor I had looked at. He was so friendly and I couldn't thank him enough

The store manager was very knowleable about the quality of the beds being sold. I was allowed plenty of time to rest on the mattresses so I can make the right decision. I wasn't once forced to make the wrong choice. I was informed of the guarantees that if I made a bad decision I will have the right to return and get the right mattress to suit my comfort.

Matt the salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were given plenty of time to test beds and given good information about each product we wanted to try.
