Very welcoming, offered us a tea coffee, brilliant product knowledge

Staff where extremely helpful and attentive. Prices on most goods were affordable. Quality on most was a reflection of the price.

We went into the store found the bed we wanted spoke to Shaun about delivery, got it ordered and was all done within 20 minutes of being in the shop which is important as my husband gets bored easily

We were fully assisted at every stage and every step was taken to be friendly and helpful. We haven't received our mattress yet so we can't comment on the product but the people in store certainly did everything they could be expected to do.

On arrival at the store i was welcomed by Shaun, he explained all the types of mattress to me but i said i wanted a Milford mattress he told me i could find it. He then said he would leave to try the mattress, on finding the mattress i asked if i could lay on it for 10 minuets, he then said to me i could take as long as i liked and he left me to try it. I was very pleased with the service he gave. Also i have to say your delivery men were very good as well, they rang me twice to let me know how far away they were and what time they would be with me. I am very pleased with the service in store and the delivery. Thank you.

A quick and efficient service

The salesperson was very pleasant , not over powering but knowledgeable and efficient

The assistance that Colin 810, gave to Mrs Bowen who is 92 years old and has difficulty hearing was excellent. He took his time, explained clearly and showed a great deal of both patience and respect.

Colin was friendly polite, knowledgeable, and listened to our needs, then signposted us to a range of products that meet our needs, giving us the opportunity to trial each mattress, without any pressure to rush.
