We have purchased at the Waterlooville store before and continual to get the same high standard of service. Quality atca good price.

We intended to buy from an online company as we were price driven, but we found the store with lots of choice and the salesman was very helpful

The staff were very welcoming and knowledgable . The manager was very obliging in allowing us time to try out various different matteresses without making us feel pressured into buying. He also offered us a pillow similar to what we are used to so that we could appreciate the full comfort of the matteresses .

On entering store was greeted and approached ASAP by an assistant. He was very helpful and truthful about products and helping me to find a bed that I had found online I wanted. Offered a drink and was very patient when placing order.

I had a bed from dreams which was 10years old, so bought new bed on line and had it 4 months and couldn’t stand the pain each morning that I was in, went to dreams waterlooville to be greeted by Colin a very happy chap, asked if I needed new pillows or could he help me with anything else, very pleased with delivery date only had to wait 10 days, yes I will return and I will highly recommend dreams to anyone, so thank you and thank you Colin

Overall I was pleased with how helpful, polite and knowledgeable Colin, the store assistant was in helping me purchase the right mattress for me today.
