Dreams - Waterlooville

When entering the store, I was greeted by Matt who offered me refreshments and asked what I was looking for. I told him by budget and preferences and he quickly showed me a range of mattresses. Once I had chosen one, he ran through all of the Ts and Cs, arranged delivery and provided extra warranty. The mattress was delivered 6 days later by Kayne and Mark who were extremely helpful on delivery.

From the time I walked in the door to leaving my experience was very satisfying. My son bought a bed from Dreams last year and he suggested I go there for mine. Colin was very attentive listening to my health issues and recommended the perfect mattress straight away, he was also helpful when selecting the headboard. I am looking forward to receiving my bed.

Colin listened to what we wanted and talked us through the options available. He didn't try to upsell us a different type of bed which was good. He recognised us when we went back the next day and gave us the time and space to make a decision and answered all the questions we had. He also told us about the Forces discount which we didn't know about but were very grateful for!

Colin was such a lovely gentleman and helped us find the bed we wanted!

Staff availible when and as needed, but no obvious pressure to make a purchase, or to influence our decision. Colin made efforts to understand our requirements before engaging with the demonstration and information process.

During my visit to Dreams both yesterday and today has been a dream! Yesterday, Shaun told me all about the different beds and when I told him my health issues, he listened and advised me what would be the better beds to choose from. What I found the most helpful, was that he didn’t just show me the most expensive beds, but showed me a variety within my price range. Shaun then gave me some time alone to lay down on each bed to see how they felt. All this time he didn’t pester me, and I appreciated the time to make my decision in peace. I settled on one yesterday, and when I came in today, he was extremely helpful while we organised the payment for the bed. My only problem was that yesterday he offered me the 5th February as a delivery date, but when he went on the system today, it was showing only the 21st onwards. Of course this was not Shaun’s fault at all. Thank you Shaun
