Dreams - Waterlooville

I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and the transaction was completed entirely to my satisfaction.

Given all information needed but never pressured to buy what didn't want

We went to Waterlooville branch to look at the willow bunk beds for our boys, unfortunately they didn’t have the room in that store to display the beds so the 3 gentlemen found the most local branch that had some on display at so we drove to the Eastleigh store to look at them & we really liked them. We decided to go back to the waterlooville store to order them as we felt we liked Derek the advisor who had looked after us in a gentle non pushy manor and we ended up purchasing a new Alexandra TV bed for ourselves too! We were very pleased that we would have the beds delivered in 2.5 weeks as the chap in the Eastleigh store said it’s normally around 6 weeks so we were very chuffed & have 2 excited boys!

Coming into dreams not knowing much about bed , almost immediately a gentlemen named Colin greeted me and my parter he was amazingly polite and friendly, listening in detail about what we were looking for and showing us recommendations about the types of beds taking into account my needs of a support worker helping us to pick the right bed frame and mattress that was just right for us , Colin was not going to carrying on with the order unless we where 100% happy with the bed which we where me and my parter both said that he made our day doing all he could and because if this we would 120% use dreams again and have been recommended it to friends and family since we walked out, so a big big big thank you to Colin from the Waterlooville store

We rang the store to enquire the cost of removing our old mattress on obtaining a new one . As we live not too far away we drove down to the store & were served by manager . All the ins & outs were fully explained so we chose mattress to our liking which will be delivered in a couple of weeks time . Very pleasant visit & the people we spoke to couldn't have been nicer if they had tried .

My Customer service representative Colin was a very pleasurable man to speak to. He knew a lot of what my needs and comforts were just from key questions he asked after greeting me in store with family and offering us some warm drinks for a cold rainy day we had. Very knowledgeable and never tried pushing me to buy things that were out of budget but helped cater my needs for a new bed which he achieved almost instantly.

Colin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - not pushy in any way. He showed patience in listening to our requirements and providing well-considered advice as appropriate. Buying a new bed is an extremely important decision, given the proportion of your life spent in bed, so Colin's assistance and friendliness was paramount in our decisions.

Spoke to two different guys who were both very helpful and knowledgeable and I was particularly impressed that they weren’t pushy and left me to look around in peace but we’re available for advice when I asked.

The sales assistant was helpful knowledgeable and friendly without being over pushy which would have made me go elsewhere. The store was clean and tidy with plenty of choice
