Friendly and prompt service. Consideration to our needs as a customer. Needed a new bed to be delivered before our son is due to come out of hospital. No false promises given in regard to delivery but an assurance he would do what he could.

Sale man was clear with all is answers did not push at any time and took care that that we were both happy with the sale before he went to. His desk well done colin

FIRST CLASS, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

I wasn`t pounced on the moment I entered the store, which can be very off putting! After a few minutes, I was approached by Shaun, who asked how he could help, I explained what I was looking for and that my budget was quite low. He showed me everything in my price range, explained all the products and encouraged me to try everything at my leisure. When it came to the paperwork side, I received a cup of coffee, and he popped the tv on to keep my 2 children amused. He was friendly, not at all pushy and very helpful, this made my experience uncomplicated and stress free! I will be back, once I have saved up for a couple of your amazing pillows!

Colin was great at understanding our needs and helping us find a product that was suitable for us.

I was very impressed at the amount of knowledge and advice I was given by the member of staff (Colin) we went through a variety of beds and mattresses, all with good points but mainly he was concerned about me more than making a sale. Very friendly, very funny, very down to earth and knows exactly what he was on about. Made sense with everything, answered questions that I had very quickly and he was very helpful! spoke to me with respect and as an individual and not just as a customer for another sale. Highly recommend to speak to him first before purchasing anything.

Nice guy in store helpful good service

We went shopping with our two young children, Colin approached us almost immediately and asked what we were after as he may be able to help us save time. We explained what we were after and he recommendes a few mattresses for us to try and then offered us a tea or coffee whilst we tried them. He was engaging with our children and made the whole experience as easy as possible. The last time we went mattress shopping the children made the experience so stressful we walked out almost immediately. Once we had settled on the mattress Colin took us to the desk to fill in the paperwork and forms and organise delivery. It hardly took any time at all, we decided to buy the 8 year guarantee ontop of the mattress price for piece of mind, especially with having the young children Colin said it was a sensible thing to do. He was very polite, friendly and knew the products very well. We'd have no issue with recommending him or the service we received.

The two staff on duty were helpful,the are friendly and I am please with the way I was attended to. Matthew personally attended to me .
