Dreams - Waterlooville

Colin was our assistant in the shop he was a patient and welcoming man. He offered us a drink and was very patient with my three year old nephew. Colin colleague who's name i didn't get put the telly on in store for my nephew while we were going through paperwork and he was happy. I brought my bed and he told me what's better with mattress as this is my first bed I brought I couldn't of asked for a better assistant showing me around and being do patient.

Derek was very helpful and friendly. I was offered a cup of tea, which was very welcome as it was a very cold day. We had previously been in, so Derek was quick to sort the order out. He also honoured the amount he had quoted on the cover, for which we were very grateful.

Friendly welcome when we entered shop. Several assistants attempted to help us while we were looking and offered different bits of advice. Colin who eventually served us was very helpful.

All as indicated as per survey. Sean at Waterlooville was very helpful and pleasant. I am waiting for my designated delivery of the mattress on 16/01/18 so I will let you know more when I have slept on it. Looking forward to delivery :)

The salesman was not pushy and made it easy for us

Greeted by salesman but no pressure and left us to look round and then he came over and answered any questions we had, which was what we liked.

We would like to thank Derek (Del) for the time spent with us choosing our bed. Not only was he extremely helpful and friendly but he was not pushy and listened to our needs.

Colin was very informative, knowledgeable and thoughtful in his sales talk. Took time to listen and consider my circumstances and provided useful feedback for me to consider my purchase. He was not pushy (I hate that) and he was patient. A good salesman.
