Colin gave constructive advice and enabled us to try numerous products. He was unhurried and not pushy.

Derek was very helpful. Clearly he has a thorough understanding of the complete range of products. Before this, we hadn't realised that there is so much to consider. Derek was not at all 'pushy' but returned to us when we needed further advice from him; we didn't have to seek him out. Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, not pushy, got a cup of tea. Able to try out several mattresses in comfort till we found one that was just right for us.

Helpful and friendly staff. No pressure put on my wife and I to make a decision. totally happy with the sales team's attitude towards us as customers. Was even offered a cup of tea/coffee. everything explained simply with no fuss. (exactly how we like it to be done)

I was approached by Shaun the store manager and I didn’t feel pressurised at all in any way about making my purchase, he was informative and pleasant, he advised us on all the benefits and sale items on offer and listened to our needs and advised us accordingly. He made the hassle of finding the right bed and mattress a breeze and completely stress free, I’ve already informed a close friend who’s also looking for a mattress to visit the store and ask for Shaun.

I have had a dreams bed before so i knew i would be happy again. Spent time looking around and viewing online.

Our sales assistant Colin was really helpful and very knowledgeable he offered us a drink and was on hand to answer our questions but also gave us space to browse on our own we would have no hesitation in returning to this store and have already recommended it to members of our family .

The colleague that served us was very familiar with the different types of mattresses we were looking at & also guidance on the best type likely to suit us based on the information we gave him. There was no pressure from him for us to purchase the more expensive types thus we were happy to make the purchase rather than look for alternatives from other suppliers.
