Very helpful in store with advice

On entering this branch of Dreams, we felt welcome immediately. My husband is a recent amputee and is currently wheelchair bound, therefore personal help is important to him and this could not be faulted.

Matt was very helpful and made the whole experience easy

I pretty much new what I was looking for when I entered the store but Colin was very helpful and informative. I imagine if I didn’t know what I wanted it would be a mine field looking for a mattress as there are way too many in store and in no particular order. My experience was quick and easy.

We are looking forward to having a quality sleep experience to match the high quality service we received at the store today, from Shaun and his colleague. Many thanks for assisting us with our choice of new bed in such a friendly and professional manner.

The service we received was just what was required. We were advised on the choices that were available for our requirements then left to try the different options and given the privacy to discuss these ourselves. Shaun was always available for advice and to answer our questions when required. This meant that we were very happy with our final informed decision and confident that we made the right choice for us.
