Customer care was very good, friendly helpful staff. Not pushy at all which is a good sales practise. Really pleased with the speed of delivery.

My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress but weren’t really sure which one. Derek (the member of staff who helped us) was very warm and welcoming. He was very helpful explaining the different types of mattress available and recommended a few to us. He gave us plenty of time to decide, didn’t smother us (like some sales people do in certain shops) but was around if we needed further help. Derek was happy for us to try out various pillows as well and we ended up buying several. The paperwork Derek provided us with was completely explained and easy to understand and he arranged a delivery date that is only a week away.
