we where talked through the advantages of one bed to another . told about springs in beds gel coverings in other beds . The man we spoke to new his products.

Salesman Del, took a great deal of time listening to what my mother required. Showed her the various options and was very patient whilst she tested and retested the beds. (My mother is 83, so it took her a while getting on and off the beds). We were asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee but declined as we had just finished a late lunch. The other two salesmen were very pleasant and friendly and as the sale concluded all five of us talked in general about news of the day how things have changed in life. Great service

This is my first bed i have bought. I suffered with identity theft recently and even though the sales advisor knew i might not be able to be accepted due to bad credit he still was really nice and friendly and helpful. He didnt treat me any different even though he didnt think he would get a sale... but it ended up that he did. He was amazing and so patient. I wanted a lot of help and he was truely great with everything. I cannot praise enough

I unfortunately was a victim of identity theft recently. It was very severe and even cost me my mortgage (which I was in the process of going through). I went in and explained my situation to Colin and he treated me no different despite knowing there was next to no chance of being accepted for credit and him getting a sale. He was patient and very knowledgably and even gave me unrelated advice. When I was accepted for credit he treated me no differently and I was not pressured at all. All the staff got involved in helping and chatting to me and I felt so comfortable. It was lovely to have this service compared to what I have been through recently. Other companies think I am swinging the lead and just have poor credit – where my credit rating was previously 979 out of 999. There was just amazing service and I can’t thank the staff enough. I genuinely left feeling happy and excited about my new bed. Just another point to make. This was my first bed I have bought ever so had no clue what I was doing. I was asking a lot of questions and Colin answered everything in detail and did not rush or push me into anything.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't make us feel under any pressure to make a purchase, but was very helpful and supplied refreshments during our visit.

Very helpful assistant. Knew exactly how to interpret our slightly unusual order. Whole process was painless.

The Store colleague Derek was very knowledgeable and pointed out several different value options, answered all our question concisely and politely.

Colin was very good, providing a very efficient service. We felt at ease, and never overpowered or rushed into purchasing our bed.
