Dreams - Waterlooville

I was highly satisfied using dreams store, the staff were amazing, helpful, happy, friendly and really good over all.

Colin was very knowledgeable and friendly made the decision and purchasing process very relaxing and enjoyable

I was very satisfied with my experience because the staff listened to what we wanted and a price we wanted and found us the best bed.

I returned to my local Dreams store (Waterlooville) as i bought my last bed from here and was very impressed with the service and quality. I happened to also have Colin again who was very helpful and patient with catering to our new requirements. He clearly explained the differences of each mattress and made sure we were comfortable. We were mightily impressed with his knowledge, efficiency and the quality of the options. We were also delighted with the discount we were given.

We came to Dreams ( a local store) to consider a new mattress. Del was very helpful showing just the right balance of information, knowledge and knowing when to give space for us to look around. We liked a rather expensive ( by our standards) mattress. I decided to go to John Lewis as I expected their range of mattresses to be greater and possibly better value. None of my pre judgements turned out to be correct, so we returned to Del at Dreams and purchased our mattress.

Excellent and efficient service

Matt approached us after a few minutes of us arriving in the store. We told him what we were looking for & he showed us a number of mattress . His knowledge was excellent & answered all our questions. He was very helpful .

We here greeted by a salesman shortly after entering the store. The salesman quickly established our requirements and showed us several products. We were given plenty of advice and background information which allowed us to choose a product. We liked the 40 day mattress trial and this gave us the confidence to proceed with a purchase.

Our Sales Person, Derek from Waterlooville branch is excellent. We have dealt with him before and went back to him again. Would only deal with him in future too.

We are regular customers of Dreams, Waterlooville. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and, the products are of a high quality and long lasting. Highly recommend.
