Very knowledgeable staff member without being overly pushy.

We loved the fact that we were helped expertly by Shaun at the Waterlooville branch without being pressured. We were shown different beds and able to lie on them to be able to listen to advice to suit our needs and budget. We weren't rushed at all and were even offered a cuppa! Very much looking forward to delivery of our beds!

Colin greeted us in a positively friendly way. He asked a few questions about what type of bed we were looking for and listened to what we had to say. He then showed us a selection of beds to lay on to ascertain what we liked the best. He was never 'pushy' but very helpful in assisting us to make a decision. The whole visit was very positive and we soon made a decision to buy a mattress and a couple of pillows. We were also very impressed that the mattress can be delivered in less than a week.

Colin helped me to choose the right bed for my mother who has limited mobility. He was very friendly, warm, welcoming, not pushy, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly gentlemanly and old school service given. I really appreciated the time spent with me and the ease with which I was served.
