we allways buying our beds/matres from dream they all qualty last one we bought was about 10 yrs ago it is still in good condition but we just wanted to renew it you get quality with amount you paying and its last long time i mean you dont realy need to buy a new bed after sort time i and my miss thinking dream is right place to buy your bed for confort and quality thanks for mr COLIN to help us to choose right bed... DREAMS allways the our no1 place to buy a bed we will buy our kids beds from dreams soon as i fnish decorating their own room . THANKS TO DREAMS 😍

The store was very busy when we visited last weekend. Even so, the staff were keen to let us know they had seen us and wouldn't be too long. We appreciated this as it gave us time to browse (and try out all the beds!) and to think of options and questions. As soon as the staff had finished with their customers they came straight over. All of the staff ere friendly and we overheard all members of staff being courteous to everyone.

Colin the salesman was not pushy and was quite happy for us to go and look in a rival store. He made us coffee and did not try to influence our decision but gave us the information to help us make up our own minds

Matt at waterloovillle was a lovely salesman. He knew all about all the mattresses, reeally explained it all to us but not in a pushy way. He had lovely manner about it, very easy to talk to and was funny and attentive to my daughter and boyfriend buying their first mattress together. A really lovely man. Please pass on my appreciation to him. I hope he is a highly thought of member of staff. It also helped that our mattress was highly discounted and so I could buy them an expensive, good quality mattress at a reasonable price. I don't write reviews of staff normally but Matt deserves some recognition.

Me and my partner were highly satisfied with our experience at dreams, we couldn't fault the staff as they were very helpful in choosing a specific mattress for our needs, we will be recommending dreams to friends and family.

The service was top quality ,as we had been to this store on a previous bed requirement and had that is why we went back.

I knew exactly what I wanted having bought a bed here in the Spring, therefore I appreciated being dealt with in a professional and swift manner without any unnessary jargon.
