Assistant very helpful even though I didn't realise they closed at 6 and I was at the store until 6.30 and it was only then he told me they closed at 6

Assistance very helpful and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. Very helpful. I would however, prefer NOT to have to pay extra for specific delivery time. Also your cost to take away the old mattress is more expensive than other companies.

Have had previous very positive experience from previous purchases in 2012 Aand 2013/2014. I received the same level of service.

Guys helpful and found me just what I was looking for at a bargain price.

Very knowledgeable & pleasant salesman, made my experience a good one today

On visiting the store we were approached by Colin, who engaged with all three of us, (myself, husband and 7 year old daughter). Unlike some sales individuals encountered, Colin's approach was at the right level, he listened to our requirements, then took us through the options available, gave us time to experience the products and explained why a particular product was satisfying. He also spoke with our daughter about what she would need (one of the purchases was a bed for her) in a gentle and educational way. We then visited a second rival company, but returned to dreams predominately because of the attitude of your employee. On the second return Colin's colleagues were also helpful. Shaun came to us when we were looking at a bed and asked us if we liked it inexplained it was lovely but felt I need another mattress before he took us to see them he explain we could get better slates curved ones to improve the bed as I had said I had a slight back problem. At NO time was he pushing us either with the mattress or buying the bed, we tried four mattresses . We said yes to bed and mattress and brought in on finance with him, he was exceptional at his job , best experience I have had buying a bed.

The assistant was very helpful and not pushy in selling to me.

The member of staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in the good old fashioned way a pleasure to be served by him
