Dreams - Waterlooville

This was the 4th shop I visited that day (and last) and by the time I arrived I was annoyed because I couldn't find a bed anywhere else that suited my needs. Literally from the second I came through the door I was really well looked after. Really nice guys in the store that had a great sense of humour, really good product knowledge, no hard sell, which was perfect as I am notoriously hard to sell to. After being electronically scanned, I was introduced to my perfect bed and placing the order was a doddle. Covid rules were all in place and I was advised of them without being barked at or made to feel like a leper (like you do in most other stores.) sadly we are in a world where it is almost a shock when you get good or great customer service but I really did get a brilliant service in store. And it happened to be my birthday that day, I hope they guys get to see this message. Thanks again, was a great retail experience 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The young lady, Jaz, was very warm and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't quite understand though why I had to pay £25 for the base to be put together when the bed is delivered. I would have thought this would be part of the service? I will certainly recommend Dream to friends.

Great having such good service, we picked our mattress and completed the purchase with no problems, Shaun at the Waterlooville branch, was extremely helpful.

Great service from store manager Shaun who served us. Took time to get to know our needs and explained the different mattress types in terms that we could understand. Picked a mattress and he showed us one which was very similar but a little bit cheaper. The mattress machine worked well to tell us which mattress we would suit. Every question was answered and we were free to have a look around ourselves without being followed or pestered but he was there to help when needed also. All in all great service! Bed frame and mattress being delivered in a week- we though mr that was amazing.

Shaun was very helpful, polite, efficient with a good knowledge of the beds in store. He wasn’t at all pushy and gave me all the time I needed to choose the right mattress.
