Dreams - Waterlooville

We couldn't see what we we looking for, so after chatting to the salesman he directed us upstairs to see what we wanted, without his help we probably wouldn't have gone because initially we were only looking and intended to call back later when we had more time. The salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. This store is quite small,but we have used it before and always been more than satisfied with our purchase.

Matt was fantastic, a credit to your team. He understood our requirements and made suggestions based on our budget and comfort needs. He asked questions to ensure he understood what we were after and gave advice and pros and cons of each mattress option, comparatively. We felt at ease with Matt and never intimidated to purchase add on items or optional extras. We're really happy with our experience today in the Waterlooville branch. This is the second Dreams mattress we've purchased in the last ten years and will not be the last.

Polite and friendly staff, quick and easy ordering

Colin was very knowledgable and courteous towards us. He left us to browse the different options and put no pressure on us/pestered us into a sale. We spoke about what I wanted and he came up with the most suitable bed within my price structure and helped select the bed I required. All of the staff in the store were friendly and humorous which made for a great experience as a customer. Drinks were provided and we were well treated from start to finish. I was very impressed with the experience at Dreams and would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a new bed to go straight to Dreams! Colin was a pleasure to deal with and we thank him for his conscience style towards customer satisfaction.
