Shaun was extremely knowledgeable about the products we were interested in, and took time to make sure we understood his explanations of the various products, if we queried an item he was happy to explain each item again. When my wife referred to pillows,sheets etc he made sure that she understood re quality etc. As a retired salesman myself I thought he was excellent in his manner, the friendliness of his original greeting when we entered the store, plus the greetings by the other members of staff were extremely pleasing to receive and a credit to your Companies training. Lastly the assuranace we were given regarding the quality of all items we were interested in was also first class.
