we found the assistant, Shaun, very helpful and patient in assisting us in our choice of mattress. He was knowledgeful of the product he was selling and we were very impressed overall with Dreams.

I was extremely satisfied with the Excellant service, patient kindness & respect that Colin spent with me catering for my needs. His understanding of customer satisfaction was exceptional. I was offered coffee and time was of the essence whilst choosing a bed that suited me, I hasten to say I decided on a bed that suited me rather than the price I had to pay and look forward to delivery

The person in store was knowledgeable and helpful, the delivery was on time and delivery people were very nice. The new bed is amazing, extremely happy.

Friendly welcome, product knowledge and information, all questions answered, no time or purchase pressure, hospitality.

The staff member spent a lot of time explaining mattresses, headboards, pillows and bed bases. We tried different beds and compared prices. He wasn't pushy but couldn't have been more helpful.

The store assistant named 'Colin' who served us was very helpful and pleasant. He advised on the various mattress types that enabled us to make an informed decision, and allowed us to try out all options available at the store. He even went as far as offering refreshments, which whilst declined was a very thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated. If only more sales people were as thoughtful and pleasant shopping would be a pleasure. After this experience we look forward to shopping at Dreams in the future.

The sales representative (Colin) was a genuinely friendly man, who avoided pressuring us [I was with my wife], and who pointed out the difference between the beds in a polite and helpful way, while avoiding the 'hard-sell' techniques common to other stores. He went out of his way to highlight offers and discounts on products, such that - by the time we left - we had purchased a mattress, two pillows and a duvet set. We spent a little bit more than planned, but came away thinking that it was money well spent. Colin's polite and friendly manner, and his willingness to ensure that we came away with the best possible deal, is a real bonus for the 'Dreams' team, and some of the pushier salesmen from a competitor store [not 'Dreams,' but a different bed company] could learn a lot from his unassuming but helpful manner. Overall, while parting with a large sum of money is rarely a joyful experience, Colin made the experience as pleasant as possible. Very impressed.
