His knowledge of the products was outstanding and on his rough estimate of my requirements, he was approximately £8.00 out which was very impressive indeed. Colin provided a written quotation for me to take away and when I returned to place the order, although Colin was not available, another member of the team looked after me, was able to bring up the quotation immediately and we even added another item to the order! Fantastic service. The store is 20 miles from my home and we visited this store particularly as we've used in the PST. We were informed by Colin at the waterlooville store of all things necessary and went away to then look over our options. We returned 3 days later back to the same store to then purchase. Colin also came in on his day off to do this for us and I could not thank him enough for the time and dedication he put into us and our needs. Highly recommend using the team at waterlooville dreams and in particular colin with his friendly and professional manner.
