Derek was very helpful and gave us great advice. We went into the store with minimal knowledge of the types of mattresses and he gave us an overview of the pros and cons for all. He listened to what we wanted and gave honest advice, and genuinely wanted us to choose the matress that would be best for us. He was not pushy and allowed us time to try out mattresses on our own but he was always near and available if we had a question. Although a smaller store, there was a good range of matresses to try and we ended up finding the perfect one for us. We also bought pillows!

Colin our sales executive was extremely helpful with my wife's requirements as a result of her sciatica and scoriasis ailments.

We were going to just buy a bed frame but your assistant explained re quality of all diferent types of matresses and managed to price match an equivelent mattress to argos same manufacturer We have the same bed frame in a smaller size bought from you previously
