The service was excellent. Although there was only one member of staff in the store at the time and 3 sets of customers, he found the time to speak to us and make sure we were OK looking around and understood the signs whilst he was dealing with other customers. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and gave us plenty of information which helped when choosing the right product for us. He was very approachable and at no point did we feel rushed or that we were taking too long.

Recieved helpful information from a very friendly and honest staff member. I found a bed very quickly within my price range that suited my needs.

We were served by Shaun and Colin and they both talked us through all the different mattresses, looking for what we would like and no pressuring us at all into a purchase. The staff had a few issues with the finance company (not through any fault of there own) but made us feel comfortable and made us both tea whilst they sorted out the issue

Colin was very helpful, with useful stories relating to beds and with a hint of humour too. He directed us through a range of choices from what we said we were looking for, so skipped the beds we werent interested in. Was very informative. He offered us tea or coffee, and i also asked to use the loo, which surprisingly was very clean, which is a very pleasant thing indeed. Thank you very much for the great service.

Matt was extremely helpful, he found my previous order from two years ago and pointed out the products which were similar to what I had previously ordered (dreams no longer stocked what I had ordered)
