Shaun the store manager served me and was very helpful in helping me to make a choice regarding a suitable bed for my daughter. Shaun's product knowledge and assessment of my daughters needs was first class. He was very friendly and offered me a cup of tea whilst we completed the paperwork.

All the members of staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products available in store ,as I have just said my wife and I as soon as we entered the store we were welcomed and offered a drink we were made to feel as if we knew all the staff we couldn't of been more welcomed and put at ease
