Customer service was amazing, welcoming and great communication throughout

We were looking for a new mattress, on entering we were met by the salesman(Josh) we explained what we were looking for and he showed us to the trails bed he checked the results and explained which mattresses were suitable for us then preceeded to let us test several mattresses to see which one we liked. We made our decision and placed our order along with two pillows. We were delighted to be told it would be delivered the following week.

Very welcoming by the staff and gave us time to come into the store before asking for assistance. Joshua was very helpful and friendly made us feel happier with purchasing a bed.

Colleague took my order over the phone to reserve an item, which was waiting and ready for me to collect 3 days later very easily.
