I've been to this store before. Colin was very helpful and, although I decided that I couldn't afford a mattress at that time he made me remember him. I am short, overweight and have arthritis. Colin found a mattress that best suits my needs. He showed me a fantastic pillow that may be of great benefit to my health, but I'm not, or can I ever imagine being, in a financial position to buy one. But at least I know it exists. I don't think Colin could have done a better job even if he'd tried.

The salesman, Colin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was interested in our needs and was not at all pushy - he led us through the options in a most professional way. Overall it was an enjoyable shopping experience.

I bought a bed from Dreams (four years ago) and wanted to buy another bed which was the same or as similar as possible. I took a photo of the label on my current bed and Colin was able to take me straight to one which although had changed brand etc was the same comfort level (if not better) tried a few others just to make sure but he was spot on!

I liked the serviservice and quality so much I brought two.
