The salesman was very attentive without being pushy and explained the products to our satisfaction. We were able to take our time looking at all the options, however, we basically knew what we wanted and how much we were prepared to spend, therefore overall very pleased we called into the store.

Matt the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products without being overly intrusive. Very pleasant and helpful young man. Am looking forward to receiving our new bed.

The sales assistant Colin in the Waterlooville store went out of his way to fit our budget. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a sale on. The fact that drama provides military discount

colin was helpful in finding our new bed. He took us through all the types of mattresses and bed frames to help us find the one's which was best for us. He was helpful in answering our questions on the products and prices. He was understanding when our children kept pulling our attention away to see what they wanted, (shopping with children is never easy).

Your colleague Colin was friendly and informative without being in your face. We told him our needs and our price range and the second mattress he showed was perfect. We were offered refreshment which we accepted and found all your staff to be friendly and professional. Their approach was refreshing, we had come from another store where they pushing us to buy without really listening to us, we will definitely return to Dreams when we next need a bed or mattress.

No wait for assistance, explained everything, then we were left alone to decide. Some shop assistance hover around. Which I find really annoying. And never spend any money in a shop, when feeling pressured. I always walk out. This did not happen in dreams. I had a really lovely coffee made for me, while I was deciding. An all round nice experience.

Excellent product knowledge, good communicator and listened to what we were after.

Colin very quickly came to assist us and pointed us in the direction of the beds that we were looking for. He later came to assist once we had chosen our bed and started to look at mattresses. He even looked up a previous order to help find the mattress best suited to us (we wanted the same sort of mattress, as previously purchased).

Dreams had 20% off bedframes and the one I wanted was £299, so the sales assistant suggested that I have sprung slats not solid to improve the quality of the bed frame and make the item over £300 so it would qualify for the offer. Well pleased.
