Dreams - Waterlooville

All the reasons that I've already stated Found what we were looking for at a good price staff were friendly and helpful

We first entered the store about six weeks ago. where we meet Colin who gave us a full demo of the Tempur Delux 22D Mattress of which we were highly satisfied. Because Dreams was the first shop that we went to we thought it best to try other Bed stores. After trying about five other stores we had then made our mind up to go back to Dreams. We went into Dreams on the Saturday 15 april ( Easter Saturday) where we meet Shaun who offered us drinks and cake, we told him that we had had a demo and the we wanted to purchase the Bed in question. the time was now 17.40 and he stayed until 18.20.

Colin, was a very nice chap, not pushy at all. Got offered a hot drink while we were waiting for the credit to be sorted out. this is a rare occurrence. - brilliant service!

Shop assistant Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable. We only popped in to take a look before we purchased in a few weeks however we ended up buying our new bed and mattress after Derek highlighted the 20% off Easter sale.

The member of staff serving us completely understood our needs from the first moment. He didn't try to change our minds or move us to something else and was extremely friendly and helpful. The offers he made for additional items were entirely appropriate and useful and we were able to take up the options we wanted. He was very professional.

Colin was extremely helpful and remembered our needs from a previous visit a few days prior to returning to the store

Shaun explained all the products. Offered us different pillows to try. Made us coffee.

all of our questions were answered promptly.so making our decision of which product to purchase.
