Visited the Waterlooville store one Monday evening a while ago to test mattresses. We were pleased with the selection and customer service. Returned last Sunday to double check sizes and ended up purchasing there and then after being reassured by Colin. We also decided to go for a new bed frame as we had been considering a TV bed for a while. Delivery is booked for tomorrow which is 4 days from ordering. Very happy so far with the service from Dreams.

Colin was very good, took me round the show room explaining about the different beds and options.

I'd already been to Harvey's and was dissatisfied with how the salesman had used a 'money hungry' way of selling. When I walked into the Dreams store, I was dressed in hiking gear so the salesman couldn't have known/guessed what sort of money I was able to spend. Instead Colin used a non judgemental sales approach, which included speaking to my son who needed the mattress. Colin ascertained what I was willing to spend and showed me mattresses that were suitable. This approach didn't embarrass me and will mean the other two beds I need to buy will be through him.

Sales Rep Matt gave us a really good understanding of the mattress ranges, and the different types of foam. The order to delivery time was a lot faster than expected for a less common super king bed. While we had been recommended that some of the dreams mattress foams were particularly good, we also visited the other Waterlooville bed retailers and the Therapur Rapport (?) was a definite standout. Also found the Therapur cool pillow which feels great, which was an unexpected discovery!

Derek explained the coding used in the store, showed us all the options, nothing was too much trouble, but at no time felt pressured into buying. Felt like we were getting a personal service

The staff member, Shaun was very welcoming, he help me to choose the right bed and mattress. He explained the difference between the different mattresses. Also, he explained to me about the different sizes and if I didn't like the mattress I could change it over a period of time. He was very clear on it. I was offered refreshments and he let me have time and space to wonder around the shop and think. I wound recommend Dreams to my friends, because of the great service.

Colin at the branch in Waterlooville was brilliant. Friendly,knowledgeable and funny. Colin deserved recognition for being so great at his job but also for being so friendly to us!

Matthew took the time to explain everything I asked. He was very professional and friendly. I didn't want to be rushed and he was so patient.
