On arrival a gentleman met me, was not pushy, listened to what I wanted, asked my price range and directed me to what I was interested in. I was asked if I would like a hot drink so did not feel I had to hurry, was given the chance to lay on the beds. Very positive experience. Thank you

comprehensive range of mattresses available to try , would have been better if they were all on one level , but overall the range was good without being too confusing

Wanted a matress to take away was shown what was on offer picked 1 and they put it in the car and it was great !

Shaun was very polite, informative and was able to answer all of our questions, he made us a coffee and advised us to try the mattress we liked several times to get the right one. left to get on with making up our minds which I prefer rather than hovering which I hate. I have to say all the staff were polite and helpful.

Derek who served us was very knowledgeable and searched to get the best deal for us. He also put the kids channel on one of the TVs to keep our 2 small children entertained so we could browse the store and try the beds. A really lovely touch and made shopping for a bed with children so much easier!

Derek was very helpful and tried to accommodate all my needs. He gave me time and space to make my decision, not pressuring me and made sure I was happy with the decision I made.

No pressure applied, and Colin the salesman was knowledgeable and polite at all times ensuring that he understood our requirements.

My partner and I visited the Waterlooville branch in Gallagher Retail Park and was assisted by Derek who was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our decision of bed base, head board and mattress. He gave us proper pillows to use when sampling the mattresses and gave us a really good deal. We are highly satisfied with our experience at this branch of Dreams and will definitely visit them again when we need to purchase a single bed and mattress for our little one.
