Derek did not bug us as we looked at the beds but when we asked for help he was there to give it without being too pushy

The staff were excellent...friendly and efficient without being too familiar. He knew his products.!!...Colin was his name... superb

Colin assistant- very customer friendly I had spoken on the phone before I came into the store,showed me swatches/ checked website for stock not store in & helped with delivery dates. Even offered my a coffee !!

On entering the store we were acknowledged and made most welcome. The consultant was very approachable,and knowledgeable about all aspects of beds. After making a purchase we inquired about another bed of which I purchased later today via phone.Equallyi had the same attentive and great service by the same consultant. Great service !!

We were given excellent service and advice ,we were shown all around the show room at different products Shaun help gave us the information we needed to make our minds up on the right mattress due to our concerns as we both suffer with bad backs. We also bought a mattress cover and guarantee and couple of good quality pillows which we didn't think about buying until Shaun advise us on them. We found the staff very friendly and smart and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.We will be back in August to by a new bed.

I found the same bed in next but your salesman matched the price and delivery was quicker with Dreams very impressed with salesman and his colleague who made us a much welcomed cup of coffee.

I didn't feel harassed by the salesman, who was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to place an order. I was also offered lots of alternatives that he felt would meet my needs. I haven't brought a bed/mattress for over 20 years so had no idea what was available nowadays. He was very patient and answered all my questions.

We were highly satisfied with both the friendly manner in which Del assisted us and the depth of his knowledge. Our delivery will be on the 20th of February and we very much look forward to using our near mattress. Carole and Richard Aylott
