Matthew the staff member gave good welcome and enquired about precisely what we were looking for. Gave clear succinct information, explained the different colour codes for mattresses and what each entailed. Advised where they were positioned (including some on first floor). Left us to make our choices without our feeling that we had a "pushy salesman". Once we had reached a final choice between 2 items he gave us further information which helped my wife and I. Matthew was very helpful with the order process, explained the paperwork and was very helpful overall. Finally he gave us the option of dates for delivery. An ideal shopping experience.

Colin was very helpful and had very good knowledge of the produces in the Waterlooville shop.

WE HAD A GOOD IDEA OF WHAT WE WANTED. GREAT TO VISIT THE SHOP AND GET SOME SOUND ADVICE FROM THE ASSISTANT WHICH HAS ASSURED US WE ARE BUYING THE RIGHT PRODUCT

Assistant was on hand with advice and able to answer any questions but no hard sell. Didn't feel at all pressurised, just a really positive interaction with a salesperson who knew about the products.

The store manager was very helpful and informative also alerting me to possible HM forces discount which I was not aware of.

Walked in, spoke to team member, ordered, paid and left - very quick and simple
