Colin was very helpful without being pushy, he listened to our needs and recommended two mattresses to try, the second one we tried was a good choice. We then purchased a base and headboard that Colin recomended

Colin was polite and friendly with no hard selling the whole experience was a good one, we chose the tempur mattress even though we weren't looking to start with we thought it was out of our price range so the 0% really helped looking forward to receiving out new mattress :)

Colin in Waterlooville was very (but not too) attentive and helpful

Good customer service, store was fairly busy so the salesman said i'll be with you shortly. Was unsure which bed to get walking in but once we had seen what we liked we thought it was a reasonable price.

Colin greeted me immediately I entered the store and was attentive but not overbearing. He listened to my needs and showed me the appropriate items. Whilst he was helpful he did not try to push me towards spending more than I wanted to.

Colin approached us within a few minutes of entering store,we said we were just looking so he left us alone to look but said if we needed help to let him know. After a quick look we asked colin a few questions which were answered clearly he then went on to give us all the help we required & explained about delivery & disposal of old bed. We did not feel pressured in any way even when we said we were going to look a few other shops

We originally went in before Christmas to order the bed however it was out of stock. Then returned after Christmas when it was back. The staff printed out and signed a quote for the sale price before Christmas so we could buy it at that price when it was in stock again. The staff both visits were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Martin and Matt (Waterlooville store).

Friendly service and very efficient

On entering the store we got a friendly hello and was left to browse the shop. Then approached by a member of stuff for any help. We found the perfect bed and mattress at a great price, just waiting for it to be delivered now.
