Salesman was helpful knowledge and friendly

Very friendly but gave me space to look and explained what I needed when I needed it.

The sales guys were very competent and there were no issues at all. They were also very friendly with a good sense of humour which made the visit very welcoming.

Staff we're very friendly and attentive,gave us all of our options made us at ease.

The man who dealt with my purchase was extremely helpful courteous and very friendly he assisted me throught my purchase I never felt rushed and he told me not to rush with my drink that was offered me.

staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, also showed patience whilst I was making my decision.

Overall a very good shopping experience, starting with the greeter and carrying on with Derek the sales person who talked through all the points of the various mattresses he showed to us without rushing. The mattress we finally chose was at the higher end of the range but one that we thought had the right feel to it, Defense Discount also helped to soften the blow.

Colin ,the salesman, was informative, helpful, offered sound advice , clearly new his products yet was not 'pushy' or over-zealous. He had a friendly yet courteous manner. We were offered refreshment and the ordering process was carried out very efficiently. We left the store feeling very satisfied.
