Colin was very helpful and did not push for a sale. Also gave us time and space to make our mind up. Very nice and made shopping experience enjoyable

The Dreams representative spent approx half an hour with us, patiently waiting while we tried numerous beds and mattresses, double checking stock and sizes in various models for us and even arranged cartoons for my children so that my husband and I could focus on the task in hand.

Although when we entered the store we had an idea of the product we were looking for, Derek took the time to explain the full range and alternatives available. We never once felt the "hard sell" experience and were extremely satisfied with the full explanation of delivery options once we had decided on our purchase. We will recommend Dreams to friends and family, not only for the wide product range but also for the friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.

Colin who served us was amazing, he spent loads of time explaining each mattress that we wanted to try, and even managed to produce us a cuppa while we were choosing.

Everyone in store was very friendly. Asked if any help was needed. Didn't harass us when we said that we were just looking. Gave helpful and informative advice when asked. Was able to speak with the same sales person all the time.

never ever been to this sort of store before so did not know what to expect and was very satisfied with response to our immediate entrance into the shop until we left! will recommend
