Dreams - Waterlooville

We were not ponced on by a sales person on entry but were allowed to browse in our own time. Advice was given when we asked for it and all the options available in the price range that we gave. Once we made up our mind to purchase our choice of mattress the whole process was quickly and efficiently completed. Very impressed by the non pushiness of Matt the sales person who was a pleasure to deal with.

All questions were answered and different products explained well. There was no problem finding somebody to assist and completing the order was fast and simple. Although not accepted offer was offered and the staff were very friendly.

I bought a mattress at dreams about two years ago & was served by Colin must say I was delighted that I got the same salesman again. All I had to do was explain what I needed & where I wanted to use it. He listened carefully asked pertinent questions & immediately took me to the best product for my use. It was because of my previous purchase that I went back to the same person at your store & I wasn't disappointed, indeed on this occasion I also took my daughter & son in law with me as a result they got the same excellent service & left the store having purchased a king Size bed with all the extras. I would always return to this store at any time I need make another purchase

I was advised on the right mattress to buy for my needs, found one at the right price, and arranged it to be delivered soon and the old mattress to be taken away.

Time was given to look around without being hassled, I was greeted and then left to look around in my own time. Sales staff were available when I wanted but not pushy.

Derek took the time to listen to our requirements and suggest a variety of mattresses for us to try during our visit. We didn't feel pressured but did intend to buy on the day rather than shop around to save ourselves some time.

We were well looked after by Colin who s very knowledgeable and made me a lovely cup of tea my husband didn't want a cup

I shopped at the Dreams store at Waterlooville, Hampshire and was served by a very friendly and knowledgeable Derek. He was very helpful and provided us with all the information we required and made our order very simple

Having visited other bed stores and been highly pressured and pestered from the minute we stepped inside the stores I was extremely wary of going anywhere else. However, having had spinal surgery 4 days ago, and feeling the discomfort of our 11 year old mattress I knew we had to do something. My husband visited dreams Waterlooville first and came back with a lot of very useful information and he had commented on the politeness and efficiency of the staff. So today, 19/12/2016 we decided to go and try the bed my husband had seen. On entering the store there was a warm welcome and the offer of tea or coffee. We were left to look around at our own pace and then a little later were shown the leaflet describing the colour coding for the display mattresses. We agreed on the one we wanted and have placed an order. The friendliness and respect shown to us by the staff was outstanding. Their knowledge was excellent and their aim was simply to help us get what we needed for the price we could afford. My husband and I will most definitely be recommending your store to our friends and family.
