Dreams - Waterlooville

Staff were able to provide me with a product there and then, even though it was right before Christmas. They explained the product, and any add ons, clearly. Assisted in taking it to car.

The service from the salesman Colin at Waterlooville store was very good. I was offered a tea/coffee upon arrival. Also was offered a seat to get my breath back before looking around. Colin was very helpful when stating my needs.

The gentleman in the shop Shaun made us feel very welcome .we were offered a tea or coffee whilst he took the time to explain our options .we then walked around a tried a whole range of different beds which again Shaun offered advice on ...we finally choose the bed we wanted and the process was very quick and clear and we brought accessories to fit the new bed as recommended by shaun

Shaun spent time to check our old purchase to see if we had purchased extra cover as we were in to buy a replacement mattress due to damage. He then explained the differences in the mattresses and the colour coding and also showed us where in store our previous one was in case we requested the same one. Also gave us the info on the bed cover guarantee and showed would have covered our issue this time - so we took it
