The member of staff could not of been anymore helpful with all our requirements.

The staff were very welcoming and were able to point us to the sort of products we were looking for after a short discussion. The staff seemed to work together as a team to ensure that our order was placed quickly and any problems sorted out.

The salesman, Colin, was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. What was particularly good was he was not too "pushy" - he listened to what we wanted, suggested different options, gave advice when we were not sure. We would recommend to others to use this store and ask for Colin.

Colin teh gent who helped us greeted us when we first visited the store. he left us to our devices and then ask some open questions which helped narrow down our selection. He was very thorough and iunderstood what we were looking for. He explained the whole process and knew his products. Very good service overall. Thanks

Very helpful from the moment we stepped into the store. Listened to our needs and offered us several recommendations to try. We weren't 100% sure what we wanted but Martin helped us arrive at the right choice by taking the time to listen to our needs and suggest a number of hybrid options. Although we don't have our bed yet, I have every confidence that it's going to be perfect when the delivery date arrives. Very impressed.

We went to 3 bed shops that day, the 1st tried to sell me a 900 pound mattress, the second pretty much gave no help and the dreams staff were helpfull friendly and professional in helping my son choose a mattress

From the time we entered the store we were impressed the assistant gave us all the information we needed about the beds and didn't hassle us in any way left us to try the beds out but was there if we wanted to ask any question In less than a week the bed was delivered we were informed the time they were coming and in no time the old bed was removed ant the new bed installed . We were very impressed by the with the whole thing
