We explained what type of bed and base that we required.. Shaun was very committed to help us find this. Offered good advice.

The sales person Martin, was extremely helpful on both my visits to the store at Waterlooville, made me feel welcome, and gave me all the information I required to make my mattress selection.

the assistant Colin was helpful kind and very informative, he did not rush us, got a cup of coffee and was very considerate. The store was very well set out, we will be delighted I know when our order is received. We will visit Dreams again, and have already recommended it to a friend B. Tomkins

I was greeted on entrance and given a few minutes to myself to wonder around rather than being pounced o. After having a look around, I was approached to see if I needed helped. All my questions were answered and a suitable bed was purchased. We also received military discount which we didn't know Dreams offered! Discount is always a bonus. We were offered drinks while we processed the order and staff were very friendly and efficient.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams Waterlooville due to the warm welcome that we received by Colin when we entered the store.He was able to guide us and our son to purchasing the perfect bed for our needs without being pushy or rushed into making a decision.Colin gave our son time and the availability to try out the beds.His knowledge about the products you sell was unbelievable and we left the store purchasing more items than we had originally planned to buy.We all found that this was the best experience we had had when buying any retail item.

Did not feel pressurized into any decision making. Able to walk around ask for assistance when required. Explanations given easily.

Just a great service and hoping the product is as great as we hope, as we have been disappointed with our last purchase, so hope we have choose well a specially spending a lot of money.
