We visited the store with no intention of buying, Colin was very helpful in assisting us with the choice of bed and the mattress to suit our needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the products on offer, I'll never buy elsewhere now for beds.

I was extremely pleased with Martin who was helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

The sales advisor, Martin, was not pushy in any way. He listened to our needs and gave great advice, making use of his experience, to help us find the right products. We felt really well treated

I was looking for a specific bed and was directed straight to it. Very friendly staff and talked me through the different mattresses.

Martin the salesman was very friendly and had a very good knowledge of the different beds. He took the time to listen to our needs and made several recommendations as we tried lying on different mattresses.

Martin at Waterlooville branch was lovely very friendly and helpful. We originally went into our local branch in Havant and placed our order. We were very disappointed that I was not called as promised and when I chased them they just could not be bothered. I had to request that they call other branches to see whether they had stock of my mattress we were not impressed. Waterlooville redeemed my faith in Dreams!! Thanks

The Salesman Martin, seemed extremely knowledgeable about the products and was interested in seeking what would be the right mattress for us, giving plenty of time to ask questions and to make our decision, was not pressured in anyway. Looking forward to receiving our new mattress and a good nights sleep.

We were served by the very polite, knowledgable Matthew (Waterlooville). He was able to answer all our questions and was easy to talk too. He deserves some recognition for his brilliant customer service.
