Excellent and knowledgeable assistance from Colin, whose friendly and caring personality was very refreshing.

The differences in the mattressess was explained thoroughly and we were shown the different types of springs and toppings. Martin was knowledgeable in the products on sale and helpful without forcing us to make a quick decision.

Saun the saleman was very helpful and understanding of our needs without bieng a pressure sell at all. Very pleasent experience. Wanted the bed that day, so he wrapped it for me and helped me load the car..3 times.

We were offered the information we needed, but not in a high pressure sales way, and the purchase satisfied what we wanted to buy, in an easy cost efficient way.
