Excellent product knowledge, plenty of time to test out the mattress and pillow with tailored advice having found out our needs (wife likes medium mattress, and I like firm - but we got down to typical sleeping positions and posture and what would suit us both). Very good advice and service.

Derek was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Drinks were offered and Derek was not forceful in selling the product.

Matt was informative and knew all about children's mattresses. I had no clue!

I have recently moved to a flat after being homeless for some months, I am currently decorating & been looking for furniture etc. I have seen the adverts on TV for Dreams & been told about your company. Whilst being in Waterlooville I popped into the store & was greeted with a smile & good afternoon, as I was browsing I noticed there was not to much and to little to choose from, I tend to find some places over powering with stock, as the saying goes 'less is more'. Whilst deciding one of your colleagues 'Martin' assisted myself in choosing a bed along with the correct mattress which was more important, he took his time and did not rush me at all as he knew the importance of getting the right mattress for my condition. Martin delivery excellent customer service and took the time out to explain the importance of the mattress and details of what it was made of. His knowledge was top of the scale and I will certainly recommended Dreams to my family and friends. Thank you Dreams, yes I will get a 'good night sleep'.
