Assistant listened to our requests, and did not waffle. Found our request on line and equivalent of previous purchase with ease on the data base as there was no sample in the store.

We came into the store with an idea of what we wanted to purchase and the staff listened and worked with us to achieve the most satisfying solution. We felt valued and pleased with the product we decided to purchase and the willingness of the staff to help make it most convenient for us at a price that was decent.

First time at Dreams, and was very impressed with the help and patience of the assistant. There was no pushy sales which was really good (I would normally walk out of a shop if that happened). So yes very happy.

The reason for buyiny from Dreams is ,my wife and I went into your shop is to get some idea of the type of bed we wanted. my wife disabled and in a wheel chair, the salesman Colin was very helpful and we found a bed just what we wanted with out being pushy and he gave plenty of time it was really wanted. thank you
