The staff (especially Colin) were friendly and helpful. They weren't pushy and offered good advice.

The assistant, Martin, was very knowledgable, he greeted us and gave us some initial information about where we could find what we were looking for and then left us to look for a while. Then once we were ready gave us lots of advice about mattresses and which to choose, encouraged us to try a range to ensure we were making the right choice.

Customer service was excellent, we were left to browse around the shop, trying out beds. Gentleman who served me was polite and answered my questions swiftly.

No other customer in store, so had attention of all staff. I knew what product I wanted, but not the deal. This was well explained and the payment and delivery arrangements were made very clear - and to my satisfaction. To cap it all I was offered, and accepted a well made mug of tea. Excellent!

Mat the sales person was very friendly and helpful , and the tea and coffee was up to standard !!

Martin was extremely helpful in explaining various queries we had.

Colin, the salesman listened to our requirements, showed us the products that suited our needs , but did not push or try to get us to spend beyond our needs. He was helpful and friendly and then gave us coffee and privacy to discuss our thoughts before coming to a decision. He took our order speedily and without fuss making sure we knew our options and the delivery process clearly before we paid. The delivery came exactly as it should on date, and on time. We have already started talking to our friends about the service and the store telling them how satisfied we are I had a Good nights sleep and have high hopes that the mattress will suit..

Colin was courteous and helpful explaining the options and prices. There seemed to be a good range to choose from and most importantly the mattresses were in Stock and available for delivery. There was also a sale on which helped when purchasing high value items.

We were buyying discontinued items, so we felt we were getting bargains. Despite that the staff were attentive, helpful and thorough with there dealings.
