Martin was extreamly helpful in showing us the differences between the firmness of different types of matteress's. This was really good as it pointed us in the direction of the mattress of our choise.

I was invited to try the pillows out on a bed, which was immensely helpful. The Staff were friendly, and even made me a cup of tea whilst I was waiting for my taxi. Your employee Derek carried the pillows out to the taxi for me. Iwas tremendously impressed.

We entered Dreams at Waterlooville and on entering told the Assistant what sort of mattress we were looking for. We were shown the relevant ones and invited to try them out - which we did. The structure of the mattress was also explained in detail and we left happy customers

Derek (Del) was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained everything simply and clearly and answered all our questions.
